As a loyal Waterhouse and Young client,i booked the last of my 3 FSR treatments, for now! Yesterday I was treated by Valerie, ( who has recently joined their amazing team) i was late, ( lonfon traffic!!)i was flustered and nervous. Valerie absolutely sensed this, and put me at ease immediately.. took her time regardless of my lateness.. Made me feel so relaxed. Shes soft relaxed but utterly professional. I felt safe FSR is by nature normally a little bit niggly. But the results are alawys noticably incredible. Honestly. Up until now, i always work myself up, but im not sure what magic wand she waved. It was painless? And she really understood the anatomy of my facial structure and where i needed more intesity. She looked, checked again, revised areas… until it was well The perfect treatment!! Im over the moon… With her added light treatment, and clear hand written home care guidlines.. Ten out of ten Thank you Valerie!!
